Ocracoke Historian Philip Howard | Blackbeard’s Wake | #TCTalks Episode 37

Philip is the eighth-generation descendant of William Howard – the fourth and last colonial owner of Ocracoke who before that allegedly served as quartermaster for the infamous pirate Blackbeard.
