While in Buffalo, the boys make a beeline for the Anchor Bar, the original home of the Buffalo wing. Before digging in to an epic mound of wings (there might have been some slices of pizza … and a few beers … consumed as well), they sit down with Mark Dempsey, CEO and partner of the Anchor Bar to ask about the history of this now famously flavoursome food and home it’s made this bar a bucket list must for fans of fiery food.
